I finally got a marriage proposal :D!!!!

Granted.....it was from a 7 yr old, but I'll take it!!! HAHA! These kids are a riot, and had many faces to share with me. I dont know what it is, but I just want to eat her, she is so adorable. The picture of her smashing her face...cracks me up, and the funnier thing is I have a pic of Jake EXACTLY like that at his age. It must be age 3 ;P

SURPRISE!!!!

So I was shooting my ex-neighbors little girl today..if you have ever been in the studio, youve seen the cute baby in the tutu making the "O" face (thats Macy ;)....we popped outside for a few together shots and I told dad to lean against the wall and he says "well actually I kinda wanted to get on my knee" Nicole was completely clueless until he actually pulled out the ring. I loved her reaction. Im so happy I could be there to document it. Congrats guys!!!

Joan and Doug's daughter got married, yay! Sadly I did not get to attend the actual wedding since it was in Vegas..although I certainly offered :D But I did get to capture their wonderful reception. Its amazing how Studio Zumba transformed into a reception hall. It was beautifully decorated and you would have never known that its a place people come to sweat :P

The coolest..

The pink bus...I cannot take credit for this gem of a find. No no...My friend Tracy http://www.picturesbytracy.com/, who I secretly want to grow up to be like, hehe, discovered this gem. I have been dying to try it, though I wanted to make sure she was cool with it first, and she was all about it, so here's my take on it ;)

I also was able to try a new location for me for dance photos, and I really fell in love with it.I drive by it all the time and was just waiting for the perfect person. If only I had a whole day just to shoot downtown *sigh* I always forget to proceed with caution however, and that I am not in the middle of downtown Tipp. However I was reminded very quickly when I sat down on the ground for a shot about an inch away from a condom wrapper. At least it was the wrapper? Blech... this is a dangerous job,lol.

I am really enjoying the seniors this year. Not that I havent in the past. I have a few in the last few years that I still love dearly and talk to every once in awhile...but every one this year so far has just been a joy to work with. No exception with Shelby. It was wonderful to watch her open up and have fun. :)
