More gorgeous people

The couple is beautiful, the day was gorgeous...what more could I ask for?? I was able to try a new location for a change, and I fell in love with it. It's just too bad it's kinda far away. As soon as I drove up, I had to wonder what they were feeding their trees because they were all the most beautiful colors I had seen this fall. I fell in love with Ryan and Kory as well. They were total rockstars, willing to climb, lurk into creepy holes, up for anything. They also now share my love of Parker Pfister http://www.parkerjphoto.com/site/home.html, so I knew my job would be an easy one. Thanks guys, it was awesome!

Meet Sarah...

actually, I first met Sarah over a year ago I guess when I did some pics of her with her 2 brothers (check out April 2007 :) I knew even then that she would totally rock her senior session, and rock she did :D
PS, check out my new backdrop, I LOVE it!

Thank you thank you!

Thank you to all who participated and helped out with the first annual Giving in Disguise event. It was definitely fun. I loved seeing all the kids in their costumes. We had a lot of familiar faces, so I thought I would share a few :)

Adorable people

George and Amanda are CUTE! You know the session is going to go well when in the first 5 minutes they are oogling over each other with no prompting from me :) George's sister is one of my favorite seniors ever, so its no wonder that he and amanda were equally as wonderful to work with. They worked it at Cox, and then we drove over to The Fraze where they had their first date (sitting right in that exact spot by the pond :) Then I tried to talk them into letting me take their adorable cat as payment for their wedding photos. Sadly they wouldn't hear of it,LOL. Can't wait to shoot the wedding!

An Ode to fun dads

and hopefully a little chuckle for ya

Carriage Hill

I spent a lot of time with some of my favorite families last week, and coincidentally they all ended up at Carriage Hill. Not sure how that happened, but there ya go :S I should have just camped there, I was there like 4-5 days in a row :D I'm not complaining mind you, its probably one of the best places to shoot this time of year. Especially if you are there at dusk. Seriously check out the background on that last one...I couldnt fake that even if I wanted to. Happy Fall!
